Meet Mae, the Trainer and Owner

Hi, Im Mae Romano. I founded this program out of a deep passion for dance, fitness, and a commitment to supporting individuals who benefit from extra understanding, patience, and a welcoming environment where they truly belong.

With over a Decade in the industry, specialized certifications, and extensive hands-on experience, I understand how to meet each individual with the care, adaptability, and respect they deserve. Through Zumba, dance, and adaptive fitness sessions, I tailor each class to their needs, energy, and comfort level to ensure they not only grow physically, but also emotionally and socially. My goal is simple: to give guardians peace of mind knowing their loved ones are supported, understood, and welcomed with open arms in a joyful, inclusive environment designed just for them.
